Probably a currency conversion factor but warming up nicely 30 in. The room up to the 200 day alone is about 50%. Most technical guys don't trade stocks under 200 day ma's. So wait til they get signals.
I don't understand the financials, Im sure a CR will knock my confidence, but 32/ and 50 bucks look like a shoe in.
