they will try to limit dilution as management has a big stake invested too. Your guess is as good as mine regarding %s and it will depend on what the listing price will be as well I guess.
what I am still curious about is NVAAF as it seems it has no asks already for a while now which is odd. Also now a warning that the security is eligible for unsolicited quotes only.
Anyone have more knowledge about this?
