May I say you could be focussing on the wrong number. The upfront of up to $6m is really insignificant compared to the certain $32m savings. That is the main game here. The savings now allow IMU a runway till 2026. In addition, it now frees up management time (invaluable) to deal with our main game, and not having to manage a manufacturing facility.
