As a retiree needing CASH income Gor is becoming a worry. Feeble divs and now prospect of big spend seemingly means status quo dividend wise for few more cycles. Tempted to sell as could get better guaranteed returns elsewhere. Getting too old to wait for what seems long way off capital gain.
