i think they are maintaining the bad debt so you don't see much growth on customers numbers. but the one that they have right now are the quality ones. which there is still rooms to increase their credit limit imo.. But if you only wants to see the customer number grows then bad debt also would come. that might only be happen when the rate is dropped imo
