The company will mine the quartz lease once plant 1 is up and running so not to rehandle ore.
It will most likely be fed low grade stockpile while it is commissioned.
What part of this is hard to understand?
Is has nothing to do with a contractor, or a contract, or permits, or life of mine or anything else your simple mind may concoct.
