It would be a poor offer if we offered the lot to Ganfeng. let both Leo and Ganfeng take Mali to the ICC rather than the Junta receiving any $. If Ganfeng are desperate for the Li and to avoid falling out with Mali then they can make us a big offer! Trust nobody....
