svdm, i dont understand how your information is so far apart from others here? I agree with info from a variety of sources can be useful to piece together... but we have direct emails from the company saying def no placement outside the conv note unless the final $5m doesnt happen. You are saying there is already a firm date in place for the tranche to be issued. correct me if i am wrong please... but the two pieces of information seem remarkable different.
