I agree. It's also evidenced in how the share price is holding up quite strong all things considered because the market must be fairly confident in a deal coming through.
I'm not worried either way, if this trends down due to concerns over cash I'll get more, if a deal gets struck before that we're all laughing.
I think on a long term basis it's when, not if.
