Did anyone in New Zealand see on the news an article about MND Sunday night. I thought it would be about PAA.
Was surprised when it wasn’t. But a guy here in NZ was diagnosed with MND in 2019 and long story short after a clinical trial in Canada is still working.
And able to move back to NZ. This was the headline “Motor neurone disease: 'Game-changer' treatment soon available in New Zealand”
The maker of the drug, Biogen, has just announced an 'early access' programme for Kiwis diagnosed with MND.
Anyway don’t think it has anything to do with PAA but good to see there’s hope in the future for anyone suffering with this.
