As the article says, how do they expect to obtain new capital or a loan, given the history? They are surely technically insolvent and could have been when the last loan was granted, and it seems that if they were, the Charge they gave over the company, its subsidiaries and assets could potentially be treated as unenforceable. That would be seriously embarrassing.
