Best he can do is appeal, but to me the judgement seems quite well considered. I don't know what the grounds for an appeal would be.
But since Bruce is now about $8 Million in the hole, and likely to declare bankruptcy anyway, he might try to do something - what's a few extra million when you're going to declare bankruptcy?
Good luck finding a lawyer to do it when they know they won't get paid.
