To those decrying the dilution...can you explain just how the company was ever going to fund the capital it required to drill out this resource and get a return without a CR?
Would have been better if the SP was a lot higher but the needs are NOW and the market has been indicating the value of the s/p and that gives us the parameter of any deal made
Not sure what else they could have done
Open to your suggestions
