The vast money will come when FID is in place including the banks financing.
I think ASM has had a couple of piddly state-based grants in the low 10's of millions.
Even Albo will give you money with no go-ahead because someone may misuse (steal) it. That's reserved for native advancement projects.
(The level of oversight I mean).
