I think you might be on to something.
Looks like they only took what they needed, saving dilution. This can be read as a short term positive. At least, with so much ramping up that is how I am reading it.
Also they closed the gap, intentionally or unintentionally, which is another positive.Buying on market at a discount is a good opportunity.
