Not sure if this is off the radar or just not followed but at these prices with a potential yield of 6.81% plus franking I think its worth the risk.
Hopefully the accountants know how to run the business and have been conservative with their numbers.
At lease some of the directors have some skin in the game.
Mind you Alison Ledger , Carolyn Colley and Timothy Martin only seem to have a token holding in my opinion.
Lets see what cost synergies they manage to obtain from Diverger. They were talking about $3m per year post completion
