I'm not so sure it is the export permit. That's a massive thing not just for GLN but for Argentina. If they were going to allow exports they would want to announce this themselves, not through some tiny company from another country. Since we haven't heard a peep from them, I don't think it will be export related. Fingers crossed it is though.
