You forgot:
4. Infrastructure. Biggest issue mining companies have in Aust is access to infrastructure due to remote locations. Mt Lindsay already has power, water , roads, rail and a Port close by.
5. Management. By any measure that is a fairly dynamic team.
But these points you have highlighted are exactly why many long term holders are disappointed with the SPP 2nd Tranche. Quite simply it is set too low, undervalues the company and is not targeted towards existing holder.
But your point is well made, this is a great investment.
