Agreed, there's no doubt this is a very high quality company. They're not jumping off a sinking ship. The numbers speak for themselves and the pipeline is even more exciting. It's the people involved who are the reason the market has not adequately valued this where it should be. They seem to be sitting around with no real sense of urgency. The company isn't exaggerating when they say this could be a household name, it very well could be, and in fact will certainly be one if they do things right. But that'll require a bit of effort on the part of those involved, and I'm just not seeing that. I have hope that these guys will sort things out and turn the ship around, but if we need fresh faces then so be it.

PME gets a 100x earnings multiple, I think CUV is a similarly high quality company in terms of current earnings and a cashed up balance sheet, but I think CUV's pipeline and future potential is many times more exciting than PME. As someone else said the other day, this seems like a Novo Nordisk in the making, and I agree 100% with that view.
