It's pretty clear these posters have never run a business and have zero understanding of how these things work. The customer numbers are proof of ZIPs new strategy in action, and once they're done shedding bad customers to boost profits we should quickly see customer numbers begin to increase, but this time only quality customers

They also think Canada was a core market because it was bundled with the US core market! Hilarious stuff really, I would think it would be basic knowledge that if you bundle something with a bigger thing that means it is so small and unimportant it's not even worth analysing it on its own, but apparently it isn't!
