i'm guessing these 'co-commitments' are the ASM contributions towards npi epc work that the government has agreed to co-fund through grants last year, or maybe the infrastructure works from the NSW government that was supposed to start in 2023. no idea since i don't think the company has told us how these works are going or if they are finished
