Could we start a petition to gather 100 share holder names to put a demand to the BOD to provide an update on the status of their recruitment for a new CEO? With particular clarification on the following points:
- Has SYA engaged an external recruitment company to find a new CEO or are they doing this internally via HR.
- When did this recruitment process start and what stage are they up to i.e advertising, interviews, shortlisting, background checks
- How many candidates have been identified and shortlisted
- What are the criteria that SYA has set for selection i.e sector or technical experience, corporate values, networks and relationships, level independence from current BOD.

Share holders are entitled to receive a timely and detailed update on a matter that is pivotal to SYA's future direction and success. We are long overdue.
