The first thing to do is email the share registry and ask for access to the share registry. You need to give lawful reason to get access such as you want to inform shareholders of your view that the company is being mismanaged and you want to gather support to change the directors at the AGM.
Next examine the registry and pick out those with 5% plus shares on issue. See the corporation act 249N for explaination.
Write a letter to those shareholders expressing why you want support to vote against resolutions and to vote against the renumeration report. Your need a little more than 25% of vote at poll to win that.
Then keep mailing out before every general meeting asking for support.
Good luck
