In a no growth environment, we'd still do an extra $60m in additional revenue through centralised buying.
Most of the stores are part of the United Tools Group where SGI purchased the buying group.https://www.unitedtools.com.au/
There are 31 stores, I think we own 2 of them direct, so might be 29 independents.
But SGI are going to be providing them a service (centralised buying).
This probably saves them a bunch of time, admin and no doubt some better pricing thrown in.
The other stores (to get to 50) would then sit within the other brands within the group like Heatleys.
If Mike says it will generate $60m in revenue from top 3 suppliers, I back him in.
Might take 12 months for this to flow through to the financial statements once they turn it on.
