Dont know if thats the case - in an early shareholder telephone conference I can remember Nick Curtis saying that LYC wouldn't be processing the HREE instead onselling the HREE for someone else to process.
So perhaps its just and investment for them. He has been pretty canny with the cash LYC raised from the SPP thus far.
