Looking at possible cr scenario.
Currently there are 394,331,169 shares on issue.
Let's say the cr is offered to shareholders on the bases of 1 new share for every 4 shares held, rounded off that would make 98,582,792 shares to be offered.
Let's say they are issued at a discount of 10% on yesterdays closing price .305 - .03 =.275.
98,572,792 x .275 = around $27.1m less cost
