if it is acuity, then (for clarity) it would have been initiated by VMS with acuity paying the sale proceeds back to VMS (less a fee kept by acuity)
in other words (and I stress IF acuity) it would be a fund raising exercise by VMS. Not acuity dumping on market for a profit
