Personally, I think this announcement could be considered price sensitive considering all the nuances in it. This is the result of a lot of hard work in the back ground and suggestive of a well considered plan coming together. Their ready to rock and roll
The change of emphasis to Neurological diseases and not just ALS/MND is noteworthy as well.
