Excuse what might be a silly question, but do us HRZ shareholders get to vote on this? Or is it just the GSR shareholders? Because aren’t we paying an excessive premium for a company that isn’t ion that great shape financially and needs us to loan them $$$ for the transaction?? How does that make this a good deal for HRZ?? I get it’s good for GSR but us???? Genuine question.
