There is one major precondition for insto money coming in to drive up the share price.
What is it you ask?
The project has to actually work.
Take a gander at what happened to Calidus if you wanna know where this company could go despite all the delays etc in building its project.
Construction per se does not equal commercial success - or a high share price.
When you assume, you make an ass......etc
