Have been expecting this for a while.

All the corporate presentations recently indicated that they were up to something. Sell the story, get the share price to a reasonable level, then hit the market for some more cash. A good strategy from my perspective. Play down the prospect of mining early so that investors don't anticipate a CR. CR's that are telegraphed early often seem to put pressure on the share price.

Looking through the list I think they are allocating the capital quite well. I particularly like the exploration decline. I wonder if the Pepper discovery tipped them over the edge? It makes sense to come in from Four Pillars.

I'm looking forward to participating in the raise. My last parcel was at .58 so I'm happy with price.

I also get the distinct impression that they are keen to get mining.

The icing on the cake for me would be if DVP are contracted for the decline.
