If or when these s301 tariffs are introduced the game will change overnight. Keep an eye out over the next month for the announcements on the 301s... Could be f***ing huge (or the US gov could kick the can down the road til later in the year).

Creating NAGA was a very clever strategic move, and i think they are gaining some traction with their push to remove the graphite tariff waiver.
