yeah, i'd be inclined to agree that this is a stitch up. no way a firm underwrites 2.6 million without an insurance policy, even at the insanely offensive discount. because a 22% discount on dog sh*t is still dog Sh*t.
i'd be tempted to take part because i'm so convinced that there is unofficial agreement with the EPA and insiders have had the wink-wink nudge-nudge...... but then again, unlike a fund, i can't afford to average down if another raise occurs between now and then.
God willing approvals come before offer closes and i can have my cake and eat it too, but i suspect offer will close and approvals will come just left or right of share placement.
