It means you will get an entitlement to buy 1 New Share for every 6 shares you owned on the record date.
So if you own 6 shared, you can buy 1 new share.
If you owned 12 shares you can buy 2 new shares.
if you owned 60 shares, you can buy 10, etc.
So pro-rata means your entitlement is scaled to your existing ownership.
