Yep but buying at the bottom means everyone gets screwed (again in my very humble opinion)
if Star in NSW is found not suitable I think it has huge efffct on the other 2 sites
I’m still harking back to the AGM when the former CFO (from memory) was asked how they plan to repay QWB debt - and gave a completely horse sh1t answer
