Management are rewarded by SP, as when they reach our milestones. Their remuneration is in shares - a fixed amount. So they need these shares to be valued very well.
They are so well aligned with us, and clear, the incoming staff who were on previously larger remuneration had to take a pay cut, but with the chance of coming out on top with SP value. They need share price value.
Is this event, you will see them fight for as low dilution as possible, and as strategically high a SP. Well aligned.
Add on their golden handcuffs, with delays to receiving these shares.
