I'd value the sale at around $250k to $400K when you factor in the dilution that will likely occur plus NME's actual market value & all things generally considered.
Maybe that's all the tenement is worth? who knows.
By my calculations IR1 will have a 13.3% stake in NME prior to any dilution.
