Typical for MVC associate Gold Terrance now disputes MRC's right to take up 90% ownership in the Munglinup project.
I hope no money is paid to Gold Terrance and the shares are not issued until this matter is dealt with.
On the positive, it would appear MRC must be very close to obtaining its EPA approval which is the last remaining task for the project's full approval..
I won't be voting against AU mining being able to convert its loan at 2 cents per share.
Anyway, we must be progressing well with Mitsubishi Chemicals or FREYR to move forward with taking up the additional 39% of the project. I am looking forward to seeing the news flow in the coming weeks/months
