My take is that selling was with volume early- that is the time that instos etc are active. Buying has pushed the price up on lowish volume- the SP of $6.20 is well above the VWAP of $6.10, but rising, so I guess buying has come from retail investors.
On the other hand, all banks are well above their opening prices- so I guess punters are happy with job numbers today.
Be interesting to see how the closing auction goes with the instos etc back in action.
