My view is they don't work when the only reason a company does them is to try and create an illusion that the company is worth more by just changing the sticker price when nothing really has changed. So I think in this case with the Linden take over and all the institutional money coming into the capital raise that it makes a lot of sense. Company will be close to $100m MC if the take over goes through.
