We are all aware of the promise conditions but with 1 year to family's power are much more than they were at the time of the promise and modelling, there will need to be a dramatic fall in power prices to get anywhere near the promise. I would expect to achieve their promise power prices would need to be falling over the term.
They need to be reminded so they keep repeating the promise.
A bit of a sting in the tail

Releasing the plan and the modelling at a December 3, 2021 press conference, Labor leader Anthony Albanese said it would see "electricity prices fall from the current level by $275 for household by 2025, at the end of our first term, if we are successful".
