as I've said before - it doesn't matter what's creating the change --------- the facts are that extreme weather events are growing in number -

and it doesn't matter what's caused it if those black clouds are coming towards you - the only thing that matters is if you are out of the way of the water and you brought your brolly

Dubai has developed into a mega city in a very short time - too bad they didn't develop their drainage and sewer systems at the same time.

The place flooded because the water had no where to go and all the tar and cement doesn't absorb water as well as the sand used to
