USA projects aren't able to be cut because Belmont is being sued. Belmont is the problem here. Once that is sorted Marquee can realise value from them.

As for the remaining projects, assess them at their value and factually.

There is no better time to buy Marquee shares. You only need to do the sums on cash balance and sell value of USA assets. Everything else is basically free.
