They're never going to label this a restart until they release the MRE update mid-year. It ostensibly is, but just not called that until Never Never is >1.3/1.4M oz.
Looking forward to Mondays price action of retail getting a piece of SPR before the record date. I have seen other over prescribed retail cap raises where it is dialed back and they prioritize existing shareholders... time will tell
