It is a bit confusing.
Firstly, there is a Placement of $47m ... we will likely hear tomorrow how that went.
Secondly, the NWH stake of 56.9m shares @ $0.58/share is worth ~$33m.
So I think the Entitlement has been structured to equal $33m ... 965m shares on issue / 17 * $0.58.
My view ... NWH does not want to be a 'kingmaker' by selling its shares to a potential bidder. Instead, it seems its shares will be distributed pro-rata across all existing Spartan shareholders. Not sure about the details.
