they need a buffer to be able to spend even if cfp the cash is a safety net imo...and just like when jack dorsy gave heads up on the start of interest rate rise headwinds in2022 .... theres also headwinds coming now with the verge of regional conflict escalation in middle east and higher rates for longer...
