If I am not wrong, Lindsay controls the board now. That's what MD means in this company.
Now MNB have to pay him an extra 200k/year. To put this into perspective, this extra 200k (plus super) is almost 4% of the most recent CR amount, just for his salary raise alone, and production is still nowhere in sight. What a crook.
