Good to see a REIT Manager who followed through with rational decisions given the economic cycle over the past two/three years.
Running rings around Cromwell, Charter Hall and Centuria of the REIT world - all of them ran counter to the economic cycle by bulking up just to get higher management fees at shareholder expense.
Would now like them to consider acquiring distressed assets .......
