I doubt there will be any TO. Gina has a blocking stake so nobody but her would succeed with a TO. And her last movements show that she is diversifying her investment in critical metals. I haven’t done the numbers but people said she had 18 billions. Very doubtful that she buy LTR (6 billions?) when she has shares in more companies, including lithium assets where she has a bigger cake piece (Azure).
