I haven't been directed anywhere when I try to log on, but for some reason of the past couple of days, I need to type in my HC user name and password, sometimes more than once, despite ticking the 'remember me' box. I find that it's easier to get rejected once, and then go to the alternate log in screen.
Related to a virus by any chance?
